Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your lighting purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, we offer the following return policy:
Product Range: Includes pendant lamps, table lamps and wall lamps.
Return Time Limit: 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Return Conditions: The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all original packaging materials, accessories and instructions. The product must not show any signs of damage or wear.
Refund Process
To return an item, please follow the steps below:

Return Authorization: We will provide a return authorization and relevant instructions.
Return Mailing: You are responsible for the return postage. It is recommended to use a courier with tracking service to ensure the safe return of the goods.
Product Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm that the product is eligible for return.
Once the return is confirmed to be accepted, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange the product, such as defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible and cover the relevant shipping costs.
Wrong or Damaged
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Please provide the order number, product description and photos of the damage. We will prioritize these cases and ensure that the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.
